About the founder
Jenny Gillett
Founder and leadership coach, EVIE Consulting
With over 20 years of experience across government and the not-for-profit sector, Jenny has worked alongside people and communities at every level — from grassroots groups and place-based initiatives to national policy and global humanitarian work.
Her work has spanned asylum policy and operations, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' health equity, and global humanitarian aid — always with inclusion, connection, and human dignity at the centre.
As a coach, researcher, and trainer, Jenny brings the same qualities to every engagement: genuine curiosity, analytical rigour, and a deep belief that good support should be accessible to anyone doing work that matters.
